BRAKE TEST
Dirt Diggers employ the Brake Safe Mining equipment that is ISO 9001:2008 accredited (Auto Stop Heavy- GPS Enabled Testing System) to test our trackless mobile machinery measured against SABS specifications; Dirt Diggers test the service, park, emergency and failsafe brakes.
Dirt diggers supply a certificate & keep records of all tests in a database.
We test vehicles strictly according to the following standards:
- SANS 1589 – The braking performance of trackless underground mining vehicles – Load haul dumpers and dump trucks
